Mamaki Lemongrass ‘Olena and Ginger Sweet Tea
Hawaiian Mamaki is endemic to Hawaii. Traditionally it is made with the leaves of the plant and was used for relaxation and aided in overall health.
Lemongrass is a perenial grass and itʻs leaves used for relieving coughs and aiding with congestion. Caffeine free.
’Olena is also known as turmeric. It’s commonly used for enhancing and supporting the immune system with its antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti inflammatory properties
Ginger is a common spice used for its anti inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties
Stevia leaves are a healthy alternative for other sweeteners and has a slower onset and longer duration of sweetness.
1. Pour hot water (not boiling) into your favorite mug
2. Place 1 tea bag into the mug
3. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes (you can let it go longer if you like your tea stronger)
4. Remove tea bag and it is ready to drink
